We offer a one-stop logistics outsourcing service that combines warehousing, bulk contracting of warehouse operations, and transportation and delivery.

Is there a fee for inquiries, consultations, and quotations?
We will charge you no fees.

How long does it take to go live after contracting?

Where are your warehouses located?
We have 26 warehouses in Japan and three overseas. If you cannot find one in your area, our sales team can help you find one through our industry network.

What are the storage fees?

Is expiration date control and lot control possible?
Of course, it is possible.
Based on the WMS operated by your company or our company, the system can support it. In addition, FIFO (first in, first out) management can also be managed by WMS.
Is it possible to warehouse products with different temperature zones, such as food products?
Yes, it is possible.
We have warehouses and vehicles in various locations throughout Japan to control different temperature zones: refrigerated, frozen, fixed-temperature, and room temperature.
Even for products difficult to control in temperature, we take the utmost care in quality control to keep your products safe.
We have experience handling inventory for online shopping, restaurant chains, mid-year gifts and year-end gifts, event products, and sorting and shipping to facilities.
We have a track record of handling various products such as food ingredients, processed foods, prepared foods, sweets, cosmetics, and chemical materials.
How far is the delivery area?
We can deliver to all areas in Japan.

Can you provide 365 days service?
Yes, we can.
Our company can provide delivery and receipt/release services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (except for some areas).
What kind of transportation and delivery services are available? 
According to the customer's needs, we offer various types of transportation and delivery services, such as joint delivery, special loading (route) delivery, home delivery, chartered transportation, and modal shift (JR container, ocean transportation, etc.).
We can also provide frozen, refrigerated, and temperature-controlled transportation services.
In addition to our own delivery service, we also offer a wide range of shipping options with partner companies throughout Japan.
In addition, we have experience transporting artworks (including unpacking and packing), newspapers overnight, and large agricultural equipment.
Can we also request you to handle customs clearance services on our behalf?
According to the customer's needs, we offer various types of transportation and delivery services, such as joint delivery, special loading (route) delivery, home delivery, chartered transportation, and modal shift (JR container, ocean transportation, etc.).
We can also provide frozen, refrigerated, and fixed-temperature transportation services.
In addition to our own delivery service, we also offer a wide range of shipping options with partner companies throughout Japan.

Is it possible to export globally from your logistics base?

Our import/export consulting services will support your overseas market expansion and stable supply system.
