Katolec Corporation(hereinafter "Katolec") acquire all shares of COSMO Engineering.co.,LTD. (hereinafter "COSMO").
The primary strength of COSMO has been its core business of unmanned FA system by robot to improve the production efficiency of manufacturers.
After acquisition of all shares, COSMO have engaged in developing corporate value by coordinating closely with Katolec Group and can be expected to create valuable service.

Katolec have engaged in two fields of business-logistics and electronics manufacturing service (hereinafter "EMS").
In the field of Logistics, Katolec is offering total logistics service from storage to transportation and
distribution.
On the other side, developing global EMS, our contracted one-stop manufacturing service provides total support of global procurement, manufacturing of finished goods, and distribution. Our global development of production and procurement bases reliably supports customers’ overseas advancements.
"Logistics" and “EMS” are our core business. We create "Logitronics" integrating these two portfolios. The resulting synergy provides not only more attractive EMS in quality, cost, and production speed but also efficient and fast logistics solutions (with high-level management precision and reliability).
We continue to support customers’ operational development.
COSMO is expected to developing automation and labor saving within our group in the future, and retain a strong presence in promoting "Logitronics".
Furthermore, we would provide customer more valuable supply-chain management service.
