Regarding the share acquisition of Ultimate Technologies Inc.
Katolec Corporation announces that on May 16, 2023, it entered into an agreement to acquired 83.7% of the shares of Ultimate Technologies Inc. (Head Office: Japan Nagano Prefecture, President: Satoshi Utsumi, hereafter referred to as ” UTI “).
Purpose of Share Acquisition
Our EMS business has 12 factories in 9 countries around the world, and provides total support from electronic device design to material procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. We provide high-quality electronic equipment manufacturing services in various fields.
UTI, on the other hand, provide seamless services, specialing in the proposal,analysis, design, and evaluation stages of product development. we have strengths in circuit design, simulation, and analysis technology, and have many achievements in development related to advanced safety vehicles.
By combining the strengths of both companies, we will strive to strengthen our integrated manufacturing services, from the initial stages of product development to prototyping, mass production design, and manufacturing.
