Katolec is pleased to announce the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Pune, Maharashtra, India, to undertake its logistics operations. Details are as follows.

1. Purpose of Establishing the Local Subsidiary

Katolec Group combines its logistics capabilities with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) to provide global support for our customers’ supply chains. In India, which has the world’s largest population and strong economic growth, Katolec Group will roll out a one-stop logistics service network from West India, a hub for the automotive and electrical industries.

Katolec Logistics Service

Katolec Group has developed a logistics network that links more than 50 logistics sites nationwide and approximately 900 vehicles (group total) with 30 logistics centers and warehouses covering 260,000 square meters.
Katolec Group has built a one stop logistics service to meet customers’ needs, including trunk line (long haul) transportation, cooperative delivery, short and long term storage, 3PL, e commerce logistics, value added distribution processing, fulfillment, storage and transportation across four temperature zones (frozen, chilled, controlled temperature, and ambient), and customs clearance.
Furthermore, Katolec Group operates five locations overseas in four countries-Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore-and provides one stop international logistics services, from export/import and storage to delivery, tailored to our customers’ requirements.
