This facility is a seven-story structure with one basement floor that serves as a warehouse for fine art. It has a storage area of 3,636 m2. This is one of the most spacious facilities for this in Japan. In addition, each floor has ample ceiling height with storage rooms that have an astounding capacity exclusively for art works. The facility has adopted a new construction method with excellent heat insulating properties throughout the building. Furthermore, the fine art warehouse protects the quality of art works and keeps pieces under a complete structure. This is because we carefully examined the building materials for the floors, walls and ceilings, and then adopted thorough temperature/humidity control and a complete crime/disaster prevention system using state-of-the-art high-tech equipment. In addition, this warehouse is also fully equipped with a photo space for pamphlets and catalogs. The location is also exceptional because it is close to EDAGAWA IC of FUKAGAWA LINE on Metropolitan Expressway No. 9.
